Because members have to follow a series of rules,Forum Moderators have to follow some guidelines and rules also 

The golden Rule
You must follow player's basic rules

Basic Rules

• Every user must be treated equal and democratic
  
• You must always be polite and keep calm
  

Moderation Rules

• You are allowed to use formatted text just for moderation or to highlight something useful or for a tutorial/guide
  
• You have to use moderation color orange everytime you moderate and do moderating actions
  
• Before closing any topic you must use the moderation images
  
• If an user bypasses the language filter/uses bad language and the language filter didnt already censored the world you have to censor the bad words or even the whole phrase by deleting and adding instead of them ~CENSORED~ and at the end of the phrase ,,Censored by ,, followed by ,,Warned -> and PM the user with the following code:
